Painting on canvas is the technique by which the most important works of painting have been created over the centuries. The colours of these paints are vibrant and bright. They can compete with the glowing colours of digital paintings. Acrylic paintings have not eliminated oil paintings. Painting on canvas is currently done with acrylic and oil paints.
