Dense reed

There is a lot going on in the dense reed. Can you describe it? I used the spherical forms as a sign. Their multiplicity and varying size are a symbol of life in the reeds. The tangle of lines is the stems of the reeds swaying in the wind, flashing in the sunlight.  I didn’t think so at all when I painted this picture. First, the painting came into being, then the title appeared as if it matched the finished painting. Can you guess what thoughts accompanied the artist when he created this painting?
