abstraction art
Abstraction art is a distinctive art type that emerged during the twentieth century. Wassily Kandinsky, a Russian painter, is widely regarded as the pioneer of abstract imagery. Art historians, who have a penchant for dates and facts, have acknowledged Kandinsky's watercolour Study for Composition VII, created in 1913, as the first abstract painting in the art world. However, it is important to note that the transition from representational painting to abstraction involved the contributions of other artists as well. One such artist is Hilma af Klimt, a Swedish woman artist, who also experimented with abstract compositions during the same period. Unfortunately, due to her gender and the seclusion of her studio in Sweden, Klimt's art did not gain recognition in the mainstream art scene. Nevertheless, her work has recently garnered significant attention from art enthusiasts and scholars alike.Contemporary artists now have the freedom to draw inspiration from the accomplishments of previous generations. Abstract art has gained widespread acceptance and appreciation, no longer subjected to the ridicule and disparagement it faced in its early days. It is a widely recognised type of art, it is even the art of the masters.Abstract paintings are not created out of nothing. They are an expression of what is inside the artist. If the artist is true to his inner, master art is created. At the same time, they offer a wide scope for interpretation. That is why they are present in public places as abstract art for walls in offices and conference rooms.
