General terms and conditions

You must be at least 18 years old to buy art at my gallery according to the terms and conditions. All prices are without VAT as I as an individual artist am not obliged to add VAT on my artworks. You do not pay any shipping cost as this is included in the price.Delivery is via Postnord or another courier. You will receive the tracking number for your shipment as soon as it is sent.

Right of withdrawal and claims

As a consumer, you are entitled to a fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your purchased artwork, according to the Act (2005:59) on Distance Contracts and Contracts Away from Business Premises. This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying me within fourteen days by email that you have changed your mind. I will then send you by email a return consignment note that you can use to return the artwork. This must be as well packaged as when you received the artwork. Once I have received the artwork, I will refund the purchase price within five days to the bank account you have indicated. If the artwork is damaged in any way due to your handling or inadequate packaging, a deduction may be made equal to the loss in value. If the packaging is damaged and the work of art may also be damaged when you receive it, you must notify me of this within three days, keeping the packaging and, if possible, attaching pictures of it.

Personal data

The only personal data that is stored by me is that which you provide at the time of purchase and for the purpose of completing the purchase: first and last name, e-mail address, bookkeeping address, delivery address, and bank account. None of this information will be disclosed to third parties. If you so wish, I will delete them immediately after the completion of the purchase. Otherwise, I will keep them for twelve months.Back to shop⇢
