landscape

Landscape

Landscape is a broad term. We most often associate the word with a distant view of the landscape in which we see the land and sky and between the horizon. Either a straight line or a convoluted outline outlined by mountains, trees, buildings, or all of these elements at once. The landscapes we see around us most often bear traces of human activity. After all, man is making and has already made significant changes to the landscapes on our planet. And so we are constantly changing and at the same time looking for primordial landscapes, where nature itself has carved and shaped them. Do such still exist? I paint my dreams of pure, unspoiled landscapes. This dream is abstract, detached from reality. Many of my paintings-landscapes are abstract.

Dream of the perfect

The dream of the perfect landscape does not leave me. This is why new paintings are created, which I call landscapes. You could say that “the landscape is in me”. Can art that is an expression of dreams and dreams be interesting? Such art is a projection of the interior of an individual, in this case, the artist in question. Does this artist have a chance to say something interesting when, at the same time, millions of artists from all over the world are doing the same thing? I ask myself this question even though I know the answer to it. I can only answer that my dreams and dreams are interesting to me. I am alone with them. I have an inexplicable need to express them, to capture them on canvas or paper. In this way, my dreamscape expands. It takes up more and more space.
