Rare flower

Rare flower – this name suggests something interesting, not found on a daily basis. So something that is precious, worthy of attention. We like to see rare things. Their uniqueness stimulates our imagination and interrupts the monotony of everyday life. When we talk about flowers, we think of all the flowers we know: these flowering in spring, summer, and autumn. There are many of them. Some we can name. Others we only know by sight, and when we want to buy them to celebrate a special event, the florist in the shop tells us their name. But then there are the unusual and rare flowers that we don’t know about and can’t buy in a flower shop. These flowers are the expression of our innermost dreams or desires. Such a flower is the fern flower from the Brothers Grimm fairy tales. This flower appears in many other fairy tales written by different authors. This object embodying so many human emotions, desires and dreams has been featured in many stories. The rare flower in my painting is one of them. It can accompany you.
