Bird in the meadow

The bird in the meadow is in its habitat. You could say that it is a bird of paradise in a densely planted meadow. The thicket of grasses and herbs provides food and security. For birds living and roaming in a meadow, this place is its summer home. This meadow walker is busy searching for seeds, or tasty insects. It depends on which species it belongs to. The meadow offers its abundance to many arts. It is full of life that we don’t know much about. To find out more, one must stop and patiently observe. Observing is not easy. The birds hide and are difficult to see. But do they manage to hide completely? The black spot of their sharp eyes betrays their hiding place. This image is of a bird whose wish was to hide. Did it succeed? Judge for yourself. I felt a kind of satisfaction when painting this picture. I felt like telling my hero that it would not succeed in hiding in its meadow bird box, that it was visible anyway. After all, as the creator of this painting, I had power over it.
